This bill expands parking privileges for veterans by adding a new category of eligibility for special parking permits. The bill takes effect on October 1, 2025, and requires the department to report on veteran participation in the program by December 31, 2026, and again by December 31, 2034, providing data on how many veterans are utilizing these new parking privileges.
