For each new license plate, the bill specifies that the plate will be designed in consultation with a representative from the respective organization, and the funds generated from plate sales will be allocated to that organization to support its specific mission or community projects. Additionally, the bill extends the deadline for several existing specialty license plates to meet minimum issuance requirements, giving them until July 1, 2026, to achieve the necessary number of registrations.
