Additionally, the State School Superintendent must annually provide a comprehensive report to several legislative committees and state offices, including the web page link, a list of published guidance documents, copies of written responses, and any related rules adopted by the State Board of Education. The State Board of Education is authorized to adopt rules to implement these new requirements, effectively increasing public and legislative oversight of federal educational guidance.
