AN ACT To amend Article 13 of Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to food service establishments, so as to require notification of foreign imported shrimp; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
AI Summary
This bill requires all food service establishments in Georgia that serve shrimp imported from other countries to clearly inform their customers about it, either by stating "FOREIGN IMPORTED" next to shrimp dishes on their menus or by displaying placards visible to the public that say "FOREIGN IMPORTED SHRIMP."
