This bill amends North Dakota's state employee sick leave regulations by making several key changes. Employees continue to be eligible for annual leave ranging from one to two working days per month based on their tenure, with full pay compensation. Additionally, it requires state agencies to develop and file rules with the office of management and budget governing the implementation of annual and sick leave policies.
