This bill amends the transportation corporations law to modify the requirements for constructing new pipe lines in villages, towns, and cities in New York State. Additionally, the bill preserves language protecting private property rights and allows cities to sue corporations that fail to properly relay pavements. The legislation will take effect immediately upon passage.
