This bill requires the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to develop and maintain a comprehensive online database that provides transparent information about school district bonds, taxes, and bond-related projects. School districts will be required to provide all necessary information to the TEA for populating the database, and the agency may contract with third parties to help develop and maintain the system.
