AI Summary
This bill amends the Children and Family Services Act to provide additional foster care payments for foster families caring for pregnant or parenting youth in care. Beginning January 1, 2026, foster family homes that include a pregnant or parenting youth and their child will be eligible to receive extra payments to cover reasonable costs of caring for the youth and their child. To qualify, the parenting youth must be the full-time custodial parent of the child.
