The board continues to have the power to receive and manage donations, trusts, and legacies for cemetery maintenance, with the ability to invest and apply funds as specified by the township. The board's organizational requirements remain unchanged, including selecting a president, clerk, and treasurer, with the treasurer required to provide a bond for faithful performance of duties. This change provides flexibility for townships without a collector to still maintain and manage their cemeteries effectively.
