Second, the council must publish quarterly crime statistics detailing crimes that occur on light rail transit vehicles, buses, commuter rail cars, and at any transit platforms, stops, or facilities. These crime reports must break down the data by both transit mode and type of crime, and like the ridership reports, must remain available on the website for at least five years.
