This bill appropriates $5,600,000 in state general obligation bond proceeds to fund intersection improvements along U.S. Highway 14 in the city of Byron, Olmsted County, Minnesota. Specifically, the funds will be used to conduct environmental analysis, predesign, and final design for replacing at-grade intersections and traffic signals with grade-separated interchanges, focusing on intersections with Olmsted County State-Aid Highways 3 and 5.
