This bill appropriates $4,037,000 from state bond proceeds to support infrastructure improvements in the city of Arlington, Sibley County, Minnesota. Specifically, the funding will be used for preliminary design, environmental analysis, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of several key projects, including intersection improvements, water main and sewer upgrades, and an extension of Sibley County Road 166 (also known as Freedom Drive). The road extension will connect Sibley County State-Aid Highway 17 to marked Trunk Highway 5.
