The resolution highlights her journey from helping in her husband's restaurant to becoming a pioneering restaurateur who inspired generations of chefs and business owners through her grace, resilience, and culinary skill. The General Assembly formally notes her passing with great sadness, recognizing her contributions to Richmond's cultural and culinary landscape, and resolves to prepare a copy of the resolution to be presented to her family as an expression of respect for her memory and legacy.
