This bill amends South Carolina state law to transfer the Procurement Services Division from the State Fiscal Accountability Authority to the Department of Administration, making several technical and administrative changes to reflect this organizational shift. Specifically, the bill modifies three existing sections of law: Section 1-11-10 is updated to add the Procurement Services Division to the list of offices and divisions incorporated into the Department of Administration, Section 1-11-20 is changed to remove the previous reference to the Procurement Services Division being transferred to the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, and Section 11-35-310 is modified to replace references to the "Board" with "Department" in procurement-related terminology.
