The Professional Review Panel is an existing body created to review and provide recommendations on the implementation of Evidence-Based Funding for Illinois schools. By adding this provision, the bill gives the panel broader latitude to examine potential legislative changes that could affect school funding, ensuring a comprehensive review of proposed laws that might impact the educational funding system.
