This includes $401.8 million for state aid and $44.9 million for the school of energy resources. * **Department of Transportation:** Appropriated approximately $250.2 million from various funds for administration, administrative services, law enforcement, WyoLink, and aeronautics. * **Department of Family Services:** Receives approximately $329.5 million from various funds for energy assistance, institutions, and assistance and services. * **Community College Commission:** Appropriated approximately $268.7 million from the General Fund and other funds for administration, state aid, adult education, WYIN loan and grant program, veterans' tuition waiver, and public television. * **Department of Corrections:** Allocated approximately $301.3 million from various funds for administration, field services, support services, and prison division operations. * **State Parks & Cultural Resources:** Appropriated approximately $66.8 million from various funds for administration, cultural resources, and state parks and historical sites. * **State Construction Department:** Receives approximately $191.8 million from various funds for operations and school facilities. * **Department of Revenue:** Appropriated approximately $385.1 million from various funds for administration, revenue division, valuation division, and liquor division. * **Department of Agriculture:** Allocated approximately $43 million from various funds for administration, agricultural education, consumer protection, natural resources, and weed and pest control. * **State Budget Department:** Appropriated approximately $3.4 million from the General Fund for administration. * **Supreme Court:** Receives approximately $85.2 million from the General Fund and other funds for administration, judicial nominating commission, chancery court, law library, circuit courts, court automation, judicial retirement, treatment court, and branchwide resources. * **Wyoming Business Council:** Appropriated approximately $79.8 million from various funds for operations and economic diversification. * **Department of Health:** Includes significant appropriations for Health Care Financing ($651.9 million General Fund, $919.5 million Federal Funds) and Behavioral Health ($266.5 million General Fund, $4.4 million Federal Funds, $57 million Other Funds). * **Education - School Finance Program:** Appropriated approximately $1.99 billion from the School Foundation Program Account (S5) for the School Foundation Program, Court Ordered Placements, and Foundation-Specials. * **State Lands and Investments:** Allocated approximately $236.6 million from various funds for operations, forestry, county emergency suppression, fire, and mineral royalty grants. * **Wyoming Gaming Commission:** Appropriated approximately $71.1 million from Other Funds for administration. * **Natural Resource Litigation Account:** Established with a $3.6 million appropriation from the General Fund to the Office of the Governor for litigation expenses related to natural resources. * **Legislative Stabilization Reserve Account:** Authorized to be borrowed from for wildland fire fighting ($30 million) and for natural disaster mitigation and restoration projects ($100 million). * **Wyoming State Shooting Complex:** Appropriated $10 million from the State Shooting Complex Account and $3 million from the Wyoming Tourism Reserve and Projects Account for development, siting, and construction.
