This bill establishes a new Class B-OB-CRD (Office Building - Commercial Revitalization District) beer, wine, and liquor license specifically for Baltimore County. The license will be limited to one per county and can only be issued to a restaurant located in the Towson Commercial Revitalization District within an office building of at least 100,000 square feet. The restaurant must have previously had or currently have a BM-D.T. zoning classification and be located at least 100 feet from a place of worship. The license allows the holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption, as well as wine for off-premises consumption under specific conditions (purchased with prepared food and not publicly displayed).
