Known for his commitment to connecting people and capturing memories through photography, Williams was a devoted family man survived by his wife of 60 years, Carolyn, two children, several grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. The resolution commemorates his legacy of integrity, compassion, and dedication, expressing sympathy to his family and recognizing his significant contributions to his community, alma mater, and various charitable organizations.
