Defines "sexually protective device" as any of the following that is intended to prevent pregnancy or sexually transmitted infection: internal or external condom; spermicide; diaphragm; cervical cap; contraceptive sponge; dental dam; or another physical device intended to prevent pregnancy or sexually transmitted infection.
