Third, it fixes a drafting error in the Sustainable Solid Waste Management Amendment Act by correcting a typographical mistake in the definition of "producer" from "manufacturers" to "manufactures". The resolution is designed to prevent potential legal ambiguities and ensure DOEE can continue administering its programs effectively, with an emergency provision to bridge a potential gap between the expiration of a previous emergency act and the effective date of a temporary amendment act.
