This bill proposes to prohibit higher education institutions in Arizona from offering courses related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by making them ineligible to receive state funding if they do so. Institutions found to be offering these courses would lose all state funding for that fiscal year, effectively creating a strong financial disincentive for teaching DEI-related content in higher education settings.
