Bill Summary
This bill authorizes the director of the department of administrative services to dispose of the Henry A. Wallace state office building and adjacent capitol complex parking structure. By law, the proceeds from the sale of the real property must be deposited with the treasurer of state and credited to the general fund. The bill takes effect upon enactment.
