Participating organizations must submit annual data about program participants, such as developmental screenings, employment outcomes, and educational improvements. The pilot program locations will be geographically dispersed based on factors like public assistance recipients and unemployment rates. Each project will last between one and four years, and after thirty months, the commissioners will submit a comprehensive report to state leadership analyzing the program's data and outcomes. The bill will take effect 90 days after becoming law and will automatically expire five years later, ensuring a time-limited evaluation of this innovative family support approach.
