For platforms featuring multiple retailers with different pricing policies, they can satisfy the requirement by prominently displaying pricing information on the primary landing page for each retailer. The bill also establishes enforcement mechanisms, including fines of up to $100 for a first offense and up to $250 for subsequent offenses. The secretary of state is authorized to create rules and regulations to implement these requirements, and the law will take effect 90 days after becoming law.
