This resolution honors Bella Crowe, the 2024 Miss Arkansas' Teen, recognizing her significant achievements and community contributions. A seventeen-year-old senior at Benton High School, Crowe won the Miss Arkansas' Teen title in February 2024 and received $10,000 in scholarships, along with additional prize money totaling $13,375 at the pageant. During the competition, she won the Overall Vocalist Award and performed an Italian aria, and she plans to use her scholarships to study Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Alabama. Crowe is actively involved in community service, including founding "Beyond Fruit Carts" to provide fresh fruits to schools and attending the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. She is also engaged in multiple school clubs and organizations, and will spend her year as Miss Arkansas' Teen promoting her "Healthy Choices for Healthy Teens" initiative and supporting the American Heart Association. The resolution not only celebrates her accomplishments but also directs that a copy be presented to Crowe by the Senate Secretary, formally recognizing her achievements and potential.
