The helpline's purpose is to assist individuals with disabilities or those who have difficulty independently registering for and completing the electronic training. Helpline operators are required to provide assistance, including remote desktop access with the individual's permission, to ensure that all public body members can successfully complete the required Open Meetings Act training.
