This bill authorizes a land exchange between the Director of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Thomas E. Heinz and Andrea L. Heinz in Peoria County, Illinois. The exchange involves two small parcels of land (Parcel 1 and Parcel 2), each approximately 0.1 acres in size, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-six. The parcels will be swapped with each party receiving the other's land, with the understanding that the exchange provides mutual advantages. Each party will be responsible for their own title costs and will execute quitclaim deeds for the property they are receiving.
