This bill modifies the membership of the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area Citizens Advisory Council by removing the representative of the Croft Mine Historical Park from the existing council composition. The bill maintains most of the original council membership, which includes representatives from various local organizations, government bodies, and community groups such as Cuyuna Range Economic Development Inc., Crow Wing County Board, local state legislators, the Department of Natural Resources, Iron Range resources and rehabilitation, local business and environmental communities, education organizations, recreation area user groups, and the Cuyuna Country Heritage Preservation Society. The key change is the elimination of the Croft Mine Historical Park representative, with the remaining membership positions being renumbered accordingly to maintain the council's structure and ensure continued representation from diverse local stakeholders in the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area.
