The bill mandates that the State Board of Medical Examiners and the New Jersey Board of Nursing will track participation in these optional credits, which can cover various aspects of menopause, including its physiological and psychological effects, treatments, health risks, and patient communication strategies. These educational programs will be offered in flexible formats like online courses and workshops to ensure accessibility for all healthcare professionals, and completing them will count towards their total required continuing education hours for license renewal.
