This bill appropriates $1,326,157 from the Alabama Education Trust Fund to Talladega College for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, to support its educational program. Before receiving the funds, the college must submit several required reports, including an operations plan with goals and performance indicators, an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2024, and quarterly reports tracking actual expenditures and accomplishments. The appropriation is subject to the Budget and Financial Control Act and Budget Management Act, which provide oversight and guidelines for state financial management. The college must also submit an end-of-year performance report detailing work accomplished, services provided, program effectiveness, and associated costs.
