This bill establishes the Rebuild Pennsylvania Board, Program, and Fund to provide comprehensive infrastructure and community development support across Pennsylvania. The Rebuild Pennsylvania Fund will be managed as a separate account in the State Treasury, with funds not subject to lapsing, and will support grants, loans, and other financial assistance to state agencies, municipalities, and organizations to address critical infrastructure and community development needs across Pennsylvania.
