This bill provides a total appropriation of $2,726,000 (split evenly as $1,363,000 in each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027) from Minnesota's arts and cultural heritage fund to support the Minnesota Black Farmers Association. The funding is specifically designated to support three Black-owned farms: Mahogany Farm in Mora, Frog Tree Farm in Verndale, and the 40 Acre Co-op in Sandstone.
