This bill appropriates $9 million from the state bond proceeds fund to the public facilities authority for infrastructure improvements in the city of New Auburn. Specifically, the funding is designated for predesigning, designing, engineering, constructing, and equipping stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water infrastructure.
