This bill provides a $6,000,000 appropriation from state bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority specifically for infrastructure improvements in the city of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The funding is intended to support the design and reconstruction of public infrastructure related to the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Trunk Highway 61 reconstruction project.
