This bill appropriates $10,000,000 from the trunk highway fund bond proceeds to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the final design, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and associated improvements of an interchange project located at the intersection of Trunk Highway 610 and Anoka County State-Aid Highway 1 (East River Road) in the city of Coon Rapids.
