This bill designates a specific segment of U.S. Highway 69 in Smith County, Texas, as the Veterans Memorial Highway. The designated portion runs from the intersection with South State Loop 323 to the northern municipal limits of Bullard. The Texas Department of Transportation is required to design, construct, and erect markers identifying the highway's memorial designation, including placing markers at the beginning and end of the highway segment, as well as at appropriate intermediate locations.
