The bill also allows vintage distilled spirits licensees to purchase spirits from sellers either in person or via shipment, and requires detailed monthly reporting to the department about such purchases, including information about the seller, purchase details, and whether the spirits were shipped or purchased in person. Importantly, the bill maintains existing restrictions on resale, allowing vintage spirits to be sold only by the drink or package by appropriately licensed establishments.
