This bill modifies Minnesota's medication repository program procedures by expanding the ways drugs can be obtained and distributed. Additionally, the bill appropriates $900,000 in both fiscal years 2026 and 2027 (with the same base funding for subsequent fiscal years) to the Board of Pharmacy to support the medication repository program's operations.
