This bill provides a $2,500,000 state bond appropriation to Sherburne County for the second phase of development of Two Inlets Regional Park, located near Big Elk Lake. The funding will support various park improvements, including native habitat restoration (specifically prairie and shoreline), design and construction of trails, visitor amenities, infrastructure, and other site enhancements aimed at improving public access for outdoor recreation and preserving the natural area.
