This bill amends the public health law to expand the existing electronic cigarette and vaping prevention, awareness, and control program. The program will include age-appropriate instructional materials and marketing campaigns designed to discourage electronic cigarette use. The bill will take effect 90 days after becoming law, with immediate authorization for developing necessary regulations.
