This bill requires social media platforms to implement two key mental health protection measures: a prominent warning label and a usage timer notification. The warning label must appear each time a user accesses the platform and can only disappear when the user exits or explicitly acknowledges potential mental health risks. Platforms are prohibited from burying the warning in terms of service or allowing users to permanently disable it.
