Bill Summary
This bill provides that actions of the united nations, an agency of the united nations, or the world economic forum are not binding on Iowa and prohibits state and local governmental entities from enforcing or implementing such actions. The bill requires the attorney general to seek an injunction to restrain any violations of the bill.
