The resolution specifically recognizes the team's historic achievement of forming the first all-female color guard to present colors at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and celebrates the leadership of Cadet Drill Team Commander Parell, who has won five region titles, six state titles, two All Army Runner-Up finishes, and five national titles.
