This resolution proposes an amendment to the North Dakota Constitution's Article XI, Section 25 regarding gaming and lottery regulations. The amendment would modify existing language to give the legislative assembly more flexibility in authorizing games of chance and lotteries, while explicitly prohibiting proceeds from most games of chance and lotteries from being used to support political campaigns, candidates, ballot measures, or political organizations (with an exception for raffles).
