This resolution commends Phenomenal Hues Global Network, a nonprofit organization that supports minority women-led businesses through comprehensive professional development services. The organization provides coaching, mentorship, and capital resources, with over 20 women coaches contributing more than 200,000 mentorship hours. The network has hosted impactful conferences and sponsored women's events, earning prestigious awards and fostering a new investor class of Black women funding minority-led companies. Led by founder Donnetta Wells and including elite coaches like Laura Cooper, Denise Huginne, Jessica Meyers, Michelle Outlaw, and Ashley Scott, the organization is dedicated to building and supporting Black founders and family foundations. The Georgia House of Representatives officially recognizes the network's invaluable contributions to women entrepreneurs in Georgia and beyond, and directs the House Clerk to provide an official copy of the resolution to the organization as a formal acknowledgment of their significant work.
