This bill mandates the automatic revocation of a physician's certificate if it was previously revoked due to sexual misconduct or offenses and subsequently reinstated after January 1, 2020, preventing the physician from petitioning for reinstatement or renewal, and also establishes that class action settlement payments are considered abandoned and will escheat to the state if class members cannot be located, do not file a claim, or do not cash their payment within specified timeframes, with these abandoned payments becoming state property 90 days after abandonment.
