The organization will be required to form two workgroups - a stakeholder workgroup including government agencies and healthcare representatives, and a community workgroup representing populations facing systemic barriers to reproductive healthcare - to help determine and regularly update the website's content. The bill mandates that the website be updated at least every three months, be available in multiple languages, be accessible to people with disabilities, and include information about abortion rights, provider locations, support services, and resources to combat misinformation. Additionally, the department must ensure public awareness of the website through various outreach strategies and submit an annual report to the Legislature detailing the website's reach and impact, while protecting individual privacy.
