This bill requires California State University (CSU) campuses to provide comprehensive adoption information in all locations where contraception and emergency contraception information is available, including student health centers and pharmacies. While CSU campuses are required to implement this, the University of California (UC) campuses are requested (but not legally compelled) to do the same.
