The GMSDC provides crucial services such as business certification, mentoring, leadership training, and technology support, and hosts an annual Minority Business Opportunity Week to celebrate minority-owned businesses. The resolution formally honors the organization's achievements and wishes it continued success, with the Senate Secretary directed to distribute an official copy of the resolution to the GMSDC.
