This resolution honors Araceli White, a young Tennessean from Clarksville who graduated as the top Sailor from U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command (RTC) and received the Navy Club of the United States Military Excellence Award. The resolution highlights White's exceptional achievements, including her top academic performance, leadership skills, and diverse talents from high school, where she was a National Honor Society member, All-State soccer player, and scholarship pageant winner. White enlisted in the Navy with the goals of serving her country and personal development, and she will now proceed to Air Traffic Controller "A" School for specialized training in radar, radio communications, and air traffic control. The Tennessee House of Representatives formally recognizes and congratulates White for her outstanding military performance, leadership potential, and commitment to serving the United States, presenting her as an exemplary representative of the newest generation of naval personnel.
